About the house: 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse a block from Stanton Park in NW DC. Roommate in English basement has a separate entrance but is on the same lease. Upstairs amenities are shared among 4 roommates.
About the January room: ~120 sq ft room on the third floor, small closet, window overlooking the alleyway, sharing a bathroom with two others. Rent: $1,175 (Image 2)
About the March room: ~200 sq ft master bedroom + private bathroom on the second floor, large closets, windows overlooking the front of the house. Rent: $1,600 (Images 3-4)
About the roommates: Kyle (26M, analyst at bank) and Cullen (25M, consulting) both attend King's Church and live upstairs. Austin (30M, tech sales) lives in the basement and attends Grace Capital City. All three of us work primarily from home.
