The spacious primary bedroom in a 3-bedroom townhouse is coming available on January 1st, 2025, but we may be able to accommodate move-in sooner. The room, located on the third floor of the house, has two large walk-in closets and a private bathroom. The house has a 2-car garage which the three roommates share on a monthly rotation (additional parking is located on the street in the neighborhood).

The house has super convenient access to I-495 and Route 1 and is directly across the street from the Huntington Metro Station (end of the yellow line).

You will live with Abbey and Rachel, both young professionals in our 20s working 9-to5s mostly in the office. We are members of Del Ray Baptist Church and enjoy hosting the occasional party or casual night in with friends.

Monthly Rent: $1300 plus utilities (about $60-80)
